Where we deliver

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. P.O. boxes within this delivery area are accepted. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or destinations outside the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is $0.00 USD for the destinations we serve, with no minimum order amount.

Processing and delivery times

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Carrier transit after processing takes 2–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time, including processing and transit, is 3–7 business days.

Processing and delivery business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Order cutoff

Our daily cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York) on a processing day. Orders received before the cutoff enter that day's processing queue. Orders received at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on applicable holidays enter the queue on the next processing day.

If an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled

If we cannot dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will notify you before that period expires. We will explain the delay, provide a revised dispatch date when available, and offer you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. If you do not agree to wait, or we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the unshipped items and promptly refund the amount paid for them. This cancellation refund is separate from the time needed to inspect a returned item.
